Purchasing Property Inspection Tips or Check List

Looking for tips on inspecting a property I just purchased. Does anyone have a check list or inspection guide I could use!

Its 1400 SF built in 1958, its been a rental since 1992, but is vacant now.  I think the owner is selling because his depreciation is about to end. 

Just bought my 2nd property, but my first bought strictly for investment. We paid 53K cash, It needs some work but we are hoping to have it rent ready for no more than 7K or 60K total.
