Hello BP, My company has plenty property so I don't need anyone's help finding it. I'm just thinking what my next move should be. I'm down to my last 3 properties and feel the urge to take on more now. In on the fence about being a landlord, as it poses responsibility that I don't want to deal with. I'd rather make the easy money, buy cheap, put substantial work in and sell high. Then again, the rental property business has kept my income steady. Decisions.. decisions.
