Feedback from Investors in City of Niagara Falls, NY
Hello BP, I am looking for feedback from anyone who might be an investor in the City of Niagara Falls, NY.
Does anyone have any feedback about the deals they are or aren't finding? Are the deals cash flowing? Are the numbers working? Certain areas of the city have higher crime rates as well, are there areas of Niagara Falls that you definitely stay away from?
I have been looking at multiple properties in the city and am finding numerous properties downtown for between 25-30K however I have read a few articles that specifically advise to not invest in properties under 30K for multiple different reason. If you are an investor in NF what are your thoughts around this premise?
Thank you in advance!
