Vacant Land Restrictions
I'm currently in the process of buying land next to my primary residence. The sellers want to put a deed restriction on it so there are no buildings (structures) to block their view of the lake. We discussed that I can use the land as I wish, but they want to make sure that I will not build a garage or a second home on the property. Eventually, I want to pour a cement slab to park my camper. What is the correct verbiage that would allow me to do this and have it revert back to "buildable" once their entity is dissolved?
