Multi Family Deals in Charlotte

Hello, I have had multiple business trips to Charlotte and am interested to look at some multi-unit properties nearby for cash flow and potential appreciation. If anybody can advise on areas of Charlotte that work well for 3-4 unit properties and cash flow, it would be much appreciated.
