Natural In ground springs

We are currently trying to sell a home constructed in 2014 on acreage. There are two natural springs located on property. You can only tell location of springs because the top soil stays moist and water is visible on the surface. There is no major run-off and we have never had amy issues with it. The springs are about 150 feet from the house. Several prospective buyers have  voiced concerns about this so I am trying to gather information as to if this poses any problems or disasvantages. Any feedback is greatly appreciated.
