Hi guys my name is Daniel, I have recently partnered up with someone to start flipping houses, we both have good credit and good income to get started, we will be getting a loan this week and wanted to see if there were any tips or suggestions I could get, this will be our first home either of us buy. So any feedback will be appreciated :) located in the Philadelphia area. Thanks!
