@Account Closed thanks for all the advice, I'm fairly young only 23 and I have a lot to learn I will try my best, just really sucks that banks and other people don't take me seriously cause of my age lol I will keep you guys updated still searching for the right property.

@Account Closed me and my partner are close friends it's a handshake agreement, yes I know they say not to partner up with family or friends when doing business but we have always try to better ourselves and both have ambition to one day be our own bosses. 

Hi guys my name is Daniel, I have recently partnered up with someone to start flipping houses, we both have good credit and good income to get started, we will be getting a loan this week and wanted to see if there were any tips or suggestions I could get, this will be our first home either of us buy.
