Flipping houses as an LLC as FSBO - No RE License - Arizona
Hello~
I'm getting ready to start a business flipping houses here in Phoenix, AZ. I set up an LLC for my business partner and I, for all the obvious reasons, but have hit some snags. I've done a bit of research and have learned that I do not need a RE license to sell a house as FSBO. However, I was also told that there can only be ONE name on the house I'm selling...my LLC has two names listed.
My question is this: Is it possible to buy and sell (flip) a house using my LLC?
Any advice or direction is greatly appreciated!
Thank you,
Jonny
