Is rolling real estate out of your name and into a LLC a good way to repair credit that has been damaged from year of renters in my investment properties not paying rent on time. I' thinking that getting the properties out of my name and into an LLC would boost my personal credit and open up new opportunities of investment for me. Any advice is very welcomed. I talking about 5 rental properties that need to possibly be moved.
