Finally ready to buy in Buffalo NY!

Hello BP! My partner and I are finally ready to buy a small multi-family (2-4 units) in Buffalo, New York. We have spoken to several mortgage brokers and will either utilize a conventional loan together or use my partners income for an FHA loan and I will be added to the deed after closing. I am out state, but my partner will occupy one of the units.

I would love to make as many contacts in the Buffalo area as possible. Please share your recommendations for mortgage brokers, local banks, realtors, accountants, etc. or maybe you have an off-market deal for a smal multi-family?

We are interested in the following areas: Allen, Lower West Side, West Side, Front Park, Elmwood, North Buffalo.

The Buffalo market has been exploding. Are local investors still able to buy mls small multis that cash flow?

I love Buffalo and I am very excited to be a part of its revitalization!
