Well, it appears that NeighborhoodScout.com has now morphed into a largely paid site.  Does anyone know of any other sites (besides city-data) that have similar information.  It's always nice to have as much info as possible when researching markets, particularly for OOT investors like me.  Obviously local knowledge is best, but it's nice to do homework up front.
