Help me analyze a 4BR/2.5BA single house in MD rehab cost!

Hi,

I am looking to buy a property in Potomac, MD. The house need a total renovation and I would like to get bggerpocekts help! It's a 4BR/2.5BA single house and has been vacant over a year. Currently, it is not habitable.

Size: Above Ground 1,660 sq ft/ Unfinished Basement 350 sq ft

I'm looking to update below items:

• Exterior: New roof and window (as needed)
• Yard: Cut big 2-3 trees in the backyard, clean front yard
• Interior
  • Basement needs mold remediation
  • New kitchen (cabinet, appliances, & etc)
  • New Bathroom (2.5)
  • Move/remove walls
  • Add ceiling wall
  • Add insulation
  • electrical work (if needed)
  • plumbing (as needed)
  • new paint
  • New floor

It pretty mush needs a complete renovation. I have no renovation/flip experience. Any encouragement/advice would be welcomed!
