Selling a home with Tenants in it

How do you handle selling an investment property when there are tenants inside? I am listing a property for sale with a realtor, and I know that tenants can get uncomforatable when they see a FOR SALE sign in the yard of the house they are living in. Do you guy do anything to ease that feeling for the tenants? From your experience, do you find that they are a little reluctant to let prospective buyers in for a showing?
