Ok.....so I havent taken the leap of faith just yet and bought my first rehab.  Atlanta is a such crazy market!!!    So I am looking for contractors  and also would like to get more info on private lending as I have a bit of capital to possibly fund a deal.   Can anyone help me with this?   Thanks BP!
