Hello everyone, I'm new to the market and want to thank bigger pockets for recharging my desire to invest in real estate. I am looking at single family rehab properties in Grand Rapids, Cedar Springs and Ionia Michigan. I would love it if anyone on this forum can help me reach a well reputed property manager as well as contractors in those areas. Thank you much !
