Should I escrow taxes and insurance
Hello!
I am under contract for a 3 family unit, what are the pluses / minuses of paying my taxes and insurance via bank escrow?
Thanks

When going b&h, the t&i can be managed by you when you have an LTV of 80% or less. Otherwise the bank will require it to be escrowed
