Multi family in Bridgewater / Canton / Stoughton MA

Hey guys, 

I'm looking to purchase a multi family unit to house hack/ buy and hold in the Bridgewater / canton / stoughton area. Does anyone have any experience renting in this market? For Bridgewater in thinking of getting a place near BSU for a constant stream of student rentals.
