Available property was involved in a tax sale. . . . . Now what?
I've learned that a property I'm interested in was recently involved in a tax sale. Not sure what my options are here or how to proceed. To be clear (I hope), the property is not "on the market", but is being "made available" by the owner of the record, not the tax sale purchaser. What am I dealing with here?
@Brandon Turner, I know you mentioned a similar experience on this week's webinar, any guidance you can provide would be appreciated.
Many thanks,
SJ
