Rent to own property for assisted living purposes

Does anyone have any experience in rent to own for Assisted living purposes? I am planning on opting for rent to own option so I could expand my RCFE business, and later buy the property.  What would be the pros and cons for this option?

@Faiz Khan How many licensed beds does a property need for you to be interested? What pros do you see in owning versus managing only? Sometimes you can find bargains on assisted living buildings that were built specifically for assisted living but have lost their RCFE license. Building owners are left in a tight spot when they lose a license because it's difficult to make the building work for other commercial or residential uses.
