Atlanta air bnb experience

Does anyone have any experience and/or direction into the "air Bnb" experience or rental property in Cobb county? I'm thinking of purchasing a home with the idea of offsetting the mortgage and holding cost in leasing and Air BNB type of arrangements in the vinings, Cumberland Smyrna area. Stadium will be new here.
