Buying from wholesalers

I am looking for a property to invest in.

I will be funding my purchase with a bank loan. I am pre-qualified for the loan.

Do wholesalers sell to investors that are buying with a conventional loan or do they work on a cash basis only, or are there other ways to buy from a wholesaler?

I know conventional loans take a little time to fund so I don't know if wholesalers want to wait for a conventional loan to close.
