Hey guys new to this site. I'm 30 years old I have been doing investment properties the past 6 years with a few partners we have a duplex, condo and a 6 unit. I was looking into some FHA loans just to keep cash in the bank and use the cash flow the 7 unit we are looking at to pay off its self. Has anyone done. FHA loan on 4+ units I live in Indiana and from what I saw only goes up to 4 units 750,000 max loan. I'm not sure if I was looking at the right information or not. Any feedback is appreciated thanks
