Fairbanks/ North Pole Multi-family

Hello everyone,

I'm interested in investing in the Fairbanks, North Pole area and mainly focus in multi-family properties. I've qualified for a loan and I'm actively looking but was wondering if somebody has some local knowledge and could steer me the right way (transferring from the South East coast). Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should stay away from, what's a deal breaker around these neck of the woods, the good and the bad about the area, etc....
