*Newbie* Very interested in selling contracts in phila area

Hey guys I'm extremely new to this. I've been nothing but a sponge on soaking up as much info as I can specifically on selling contracts? I want to use this money to start buying my own property and so forth. I want to know the pros the cons, your experience if you have any, how to start and go about it etc!
