Sub 2 Florida Home Buying Help!!!
Hi Everyone - I am new to the forum, but wanted to get any advice I could.
I am a 23 year old living in the Miami, FL area. I am a semester away from graduating college, but have already started my own business which has been profiting since it opened a few months ago. I plan to keep this business as my main source of income as well as dabble in real estate later on. I am looking to buy a house for my significant other and I, but currently have credit in the 500's, no income verification, but the ability to save a down payment up to 10k in the next few months. I am looking at houses no more than 120k so that the mortgage would not be too high. I have been looking at all types of loans but stumbled across Sub 2 home buying from owners. I did some research and think this would be great for my situation, however I am so confused as how I am supposed to find these homes. Do I need to contact a RE attorney or RE agent, do they then find the homes or do I need to look at owner financed homes and ask the owner if they would be willing to Sub 2?
Thanks in advance!
