Advice on buying partner out..
hello everyone. A little background on our rental business. My grandfather started this business in the late 60s and we are still going strong 2 generations later. We have grown to over 88 units total (SFR and multi).
My father and uncle own everything 50/50. We only have one small mortgage for about 800$ a month on all our property.
My question to you all is what would be the best way to buy my uncle out? It's about $1 million in value for my uncle share, so a down payment is impossible. So what would be a way to finance this deal?
Thanks.
