Full description on realtor.com:

"Duplex property in need of renovation on large lot. Has been vacant for over a year. Mechanicals appear to be intact and functional. Being sold as part of an estate. No rpd"

I can't figure out what that last sentence means. I've searched a number of places online. "No rpd"

Does anyone have any idea?
