Investing in Growing Cities
I am new to Bigger Pockets and was wanting to start off a discussion to test the waters. Recently I have been looking into investing in smaller cities on the outskirts of DFW like Cleburne, Burleson, Alvarado, Corsicana, Waxahachie, etc. I wholesale quite a bit as well. Curious as to what opinions other experienced investors have in regards to these cities or taking the leap out of the metroplex.
