@Michael S. Taxes in JC are going to go up in the next yr or so after the reval, so don't let that be the deciding factor. The value is going to be when JC singles become families and want to stay close but can't afford a big home in JC, or want 2 parking spaces (without spending $150k to get them), a yard, more family oriented neighborhoods, etc. Totally just speculatiom, but I think there may be some real upside there.
