Recommendations for Menlo Park CA area

Dear Fellow Members,

We are planning to put in an offer on a property in Menlo Park CA. This property would pretty much need a gut job and a major remodel with adding a second story etc. We might even consider a full rebuild. 

Would you please recommend all/any of the following 

• Architect
• Structural Engineer
• Contractor/Builder
