buying at 30% under market value
From listening to alot of podcasts, I hear a lot of people will not buy unless its 20-30% under market value.
how do you go about finding these deals, is it as simple as buying a list from list source and mailing it out to absentee owners?
what methods can i start to utilize to find these deals
