How much do I give my partners?

I'm trying to raise money to purchase a property in NYC. If I were to pull in other partners that were strictly only offering their money & no other services what would a typical contract look like? Would you just give them a percentage of your profits? How much?

@Tien Truong, welcome to BP.  There are a LOT of ways to structure your profit payouts.  You can give them their money back plus 8% then split a portion, you can just pay them interest, you can split 50% each, you can split 80% and 20% etc., the possibilities are endless.  You need to figure out what works, what makes you money, and maybe work backwards.
