Selling just one building
I am part owner in a newly constructed large industrial flex space development and we have had a potential tenant want to lease on the stipulation that he could purchase the building he is leasing (1 of the 11 buildings) after his lease expires. The other 10 buildings would likely still be owned by us in 3 years when the potential tenant's lease expires. I was wondering if this would be worth it, for I am not sure how much more difficult it would be to sell the whole park (minus one building) if there was a different owner in one of the buildings
