Real Estate Tax Advisor in Los Angeles

My wife is a new and successful (IMO) realtor in Los Angeles (Inglewood specifically). We're about 10 blocks from the new Rams stadium project. I have read most of the bigger pockets and Rich Dad books and am realizing how little we know about saving money on our taxes and protecting our assets.
