Assistance selling a 64-unit complex
We had an off-market buyer put a contract on my family's 64-unit apartment complex who ended up backing out due to something un-related to the property.
It got us interested in selling. We are talking to a realtor, but before we list it, I thought I'd reach out to investors directly.
I'm contacting a few people locally, but haven't tried to sell a property of this magnitude before.
Can anyone give me any tips to reach investors with the buying power for apartment complexes.
Thanks!
