Oakland Investor looking to Branch Out (of State)

Hello BP Faithful,

First of all just want to say thank you for to all you who look/respond to this post and making this community what it is.

I'm looking to branch out of my home market (Oakland) after doing 3 deals there over the past 2 years. I own a duplex & two 4-plexs and like multi-family, but understand different markets have different demands.

The three markets I'm interested in are Columbus, OH Atlanta, GA or the DC/Virginia Area. I'm looking for people to connect with who are knowledgable about these markets, and am happy to share my Bay Area tribal knowledge with anyone who is interested.
