Deed restriction vs Septic changes
Hey all,
So I have this property that's a 2 bedroom I'm converting to 3 bedroom. In doing so, the city I live in requires one of two things... I can put a deed restriction on the property to four occupants OR I can add 2 additional leach field drain lines for sceptic.
Dilemma: Pay at least 5k for new lines and no deed restriction or just allow deed restriction.
Thoughts are if it's a 3/2.5 I see a family of four moving in so no big deal? But then in my mind is I know this will deter some buyers from initial buy and their resell if they move someday.
Looking for any and all feedback, thanks in advance!
