Hi...

I'm looking to make my first investment property purchase, and a property I am eyeing has three small bedrooms (each about 11 x 11) and one bathroom.  I like the price and location of the property, but should one bath and three tiny bedrooms scare me off?

Thanks in advance for any feedback.
