Hi Guys - I'm new to BP and am really excited about being part of the community. 

I'm new to REI and wanted to know on average, how much will it cost to rehab a 6 building dilapidated apartment complex? Additionally, how much time would it take to rehab the property on average?

Any rough estimates would be great!
