Hi,

I'm looking to purchase a home for my mother in Grand Prairie, TX 75051/75052 with the following criteria.

Price Range: 100K-180K

3+bedrooms/2bath

Preferably in South Grand Prairie High School District

Preferably less than $85/sq.ft. (Needs some work, but no major repairs)

We are working with an agent and are already pre-approved for the loan (VA/FHA)

I know I was pretty specific, but I will consider and look at any properties you may have available.

Please message me if you would like to discuss further details.
