Hello Twin Cities!

I grew up in Minneapolis and still have family there, but have lived in San Diego for the last 15 years. I love the Twin Cities and still miss the quality of life that it offers. I currently own several SFH in the midwest (not MSP) and am now looking to diversify into MFH. I am interested in the Minneapolis/St.Paul area as I hope to return eventually. I am also fairly familiar with the neighborhoods, although not at a micro street by street level.

Would love to make contacts with brokers, realtors, and others to start building a team.  I realize that Minneapolis (esp. SW) is competitive, but I am patient and persistent.  Willing to do a value add but probably not a major rehab from long distance.  Interested mainly in 2-4 unit properties to start.

Look forward to hearing from all of you out there!

Greg
