Paint or not paint the doors?
The door paint colors don't all go together do you think that that's something that should get done or is it ok to leave the doors? Some are the original wood color the others are white.

Since it's a rental I almost always paint the doors in each part of the house to match. All living room doors one kind. And so on for all the rooms in the house. A freshly painted door in the same room as a wood unpainted door can make it look very dirty and unkept. Just my opinion 😜
