Why do you prefer the lease that you choose...M2M, 1 year etc?
Those that are doing buy and holds, kindly elaborate on, educate on, share on why you prefer a specific lease term.
1. Is month to month better than a 6 month, 1 year plus lease?.Why choose one over the other....in your experience, has one workex better vs another?
2. Is it a choice based on one's market, class of properties or is that generally the case?...
Thanks for any and all input..In my market, I have what would be classified as B properties. Typical leases are one year. What am I missing?
