Tiile bathrooms falling apart

bought an older house 5 months ago that had been remodeled inside and out.  The 3 tiled bathrooms are falling apart.  The grout has all crumbled and fallen out, you can hear the crumbling of the tile even by walking on it.  The person who remolded the house refuses to do anything about it, what are my options?
