Financing my first deal
All,
I'm seeking guidance on how to best start my real estate investing endeavor.
I don't have much liquid assets, but I do have some money in stocks and plenty of equity on my home. What would be the best approach to finance my first deal?
Should I just save for a down payment? I live in the Bay Area and so saving for a 20% down payments seems like it could take a very long time.
Should I take money out of my stocks?
Should I refi with cash out on my home or use a HELOC?
Thanks for the help.
