Anyone has experience with local permitting in Atlanta GA?
Hello BP-ers!
I was wondering if any lovely local friends would jump in on the topic of local permits in the metro Atlanta area? Biggest question: Do you have to have your general contractor's license to pull permits? How much does it differ county to county as well as city to county?
Cheers,
Damir

@Damir Kamber - Yes, a license is a requirement to pull permits if not the homeowner.
