FHA Streamline, another year?

Hey all,

Ive got a pretty basic question that my brain wont let go of, so I figured id ask you great people. In December of 2015 we bought a duplex with an FHA loan and moved into one of the units and rented the other. We lived in it for a year, then refinanced it with a FHA streamline loan at the end of 2016. Overall it was a great decision financially. Now thats its been a month or so since the refi, we started thinking about buying another investment property with an FHA loan and potentially moving into just like we did with this current duplex, but my question is, can we accomplish this at the current moment because being so soon after a FHA streamline refi, arent we not allowed to move out of the current duplex until a year 'seasoning' period is up again? We'd like to buy pretty close to proximity of our current duplex which wouldnt create an exemption on the current FHA loan, Im assuming.

Also, if we choose to use another FHA loan after this assumed year is up, would we have to refi again into a conventional mortgage to be able to use another FHA loan? Thanks for all your time, I appreciate it!
