Investing in Rental Properties by Leveraging Roofstock

Hi All,

I am pretty new here, also new to real estate investing. I was hoping to get some exposure to the rental market by the easiest option available, roofstock. Has anyone worked with these guys? Any recommendations?

you can find them here https://www.roofstock.com. They are essentially a platform for buying/selling rental properties while the tenant is there. They would also connect you to the property managers and all. My biggest concern is that you can't necessarily buy properties in your own market. I have hear Brandon recommending that a few times in the podcasts.
