Single male here so schools at the moment don't really matter and i really don't plan on having children for a few more years.Condo is located in my parent's complex.I grew up there so i know the area.Single family house is located about 10 minutes away and this city isn't considered as nice but still a decent section.Lots of older Italian people.I am paying cash for both and they will equal about the same price.I really don't want neighbors so close to me and love the fact i will have a garage and my own driveway exc. Will i regret it one day? I met a lot of the neighbors on the single family house street and most were older widowed women.
